Job Description The Task Order Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the User Support Services task. Responsible for overall management of approximately 40 FTE across various functional areas including Tier 1/Tier 2 service desk, problem and incident management, desktop development/engineering and other aspects of agency user support. Managing staff in multiple locations including remote facilities. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all agency policies and meeting all program KPIs.

Should Serco be awarded the contract, and you meet the qualifications of the position, you will be considered in the selection process.**
Required Skills -Requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience or equivalent, including 2 years supervisory -Successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience managing programs of similar scope and complexity -Requires experience working in a mid- to large-scale environment with at least 1,500+ users -Project Management Professional (PMP) required -Must have experience managing large, diverse staff across multiple locations including staff located in remote facilities. -Strong communication skills required -Requires demonstrated experience managing to KPIs -Must be comfortable preparing and delivering briefings for senior executives -ITIL foundations certification preferred
