Stock Clerk (Part Time / On Call) - Jacksonville, FL

Job Description Receive, store, and issue Hazardous materials and compile stock records of items in stockroom, warehouse or storage cabinet. Sort and weigh incoming material to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice, examines stock to verify conformance to specifications, stores articles in bins, on floor or on shelves, according to identifying information, such as size, manufacturer and shelf life of material, fills orders or issues supplies from stock, performs periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock, and requisitions articles to fill lockers. Review stock for spoilage of or damage, make location changes, and refusal of shipments. May mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles and may distribute stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued in an computer system

This is a PART-TIME ON-CALL position providing support at the Naval Base in Jacksonville, FL. .
Required Skills Active NACI clearance or ability to obtain required clearance. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a warehouse environment. Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to use HMMS and other Government Data Systems. This position supports a U.S. Government contract whose terms require that applicants possess U.S. Citizenship.
