Job Description Calculates and prepares project invoices, including necessary invoicing schedules and back-up data.
Reviews organizational billing practices to ensure invoice accuracy within contractual terms, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and DCAA requirements.
Prepare and analyze schedules for accounts receivable and unbilled receivables.
Assist accounts receivable collections team as necessary.
Primary job function is not supervising others although the incumbent may oversee day-to-day workflow. Works under minimal supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
Required Skills Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 8-10 years’ experience in the field or in a related area. Costpoint experience preferred. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
