Job Description Responsible for overseeing and/or supervising a variety of support activities, to include benefits administration, legal processing, financial processing or support of site services to support attainment of established standards for production, quality and security. Provides an in-depth familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures, used to support the research, analysis, evaluation and administration of corporate benefit plans/programs. Monitors and directs quality and production activities to support team and program continuous improvement efforts. Has extensive experience and knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures, used to support others in their applicable case work. Responsible for the development, application and improvement of instructions and pre-established guidelines used by others to perform the functions of their jobs. Expected to demonstrate a wide degree of creativity, judgment and latitude in the execution of their duties. Works under limited supervision and may report to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Required Skills Bachelor’s degree and 5 years relevant supervisory experience (6 years relevant progressive supervisory experience may be substituted for a degree).
