Job Description The Data Analyst Supervisor supports onsite program management efforts by providing implementation, oversight and management of specified functions supporting daily operations and the achievement of production/quality standards of the PBGC-FOSS contract. Functions may include activities related to knowledge management, training, quality, business processing, technical writing, IT support, security or facilities. Tasks include development, coordination, implementation, documentation and evaluation of processes, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, workflows and work standards. Responsibilities may also include the coaching, mentoring, monitoring and development of program team members to ensure they are capable and properly supported in achieving success for their group, team, department, and the contract. Business Process Leads support optimization of workflow efficiencies, process, resource, change management, and other program and project areas related to the achievement of contractual standards and adherence to contractual requirements. The successful candidate will be recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) within their assigned area of responsibility and will be capable of identifying function related issues, problems or areas requiring enhancement within their PBGC FOSS area of responsibility. They will be relied upon to provide analysis and recommend solutions, with limited or no guidance to support a holistic approach in meeting contractual requirements. The candidate will be required to work in conjunction with counterparts at other PBGC FOSS sites, the larger PBGC FOSS project management office (PMO) and designated PBGC government representatives (when directed). Additionally, the candidate will be required to work closely with SMEs from other applicable functional areas, to coordinate and mutually support overall program effectiveness.
