Technical Project Leader IV - Washington, DCN/a, DC, US
Job Description The Technical Project Leader IV is responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project, or series of smaller projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements. This position is also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals. Projects managed are typically of moderate technical complexity.
Required Skills - Requires a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree and at least 15 years of experience in the design and integration of USCG or DoD shipboard C4ISR systems - Must be able to provide program, engineering, and technical support for the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) C4ISR systems and equipment, their interfacing and integration - Must be able to support Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) with USCG Headquarters offices, Technical Authorities (TAs), USCG Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Program Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs) - Applicants must successfully complete background investigation and drug screening - This position requires a Secret Clearance and CAC card - This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens - Travel may be required Military Veterans and Spouses encouraged to apply!

DepartmentOur services in the Defense business unit support all branches of the U.S. military and the intelligence community. Our teams provide a variety of support services related to the maintenance and life cycle sustainment of US Navy, US Coast Guard and Customs and Border Patrol fielded C5I systems.
