Job Description The ServiceNow Administrator will provide overall administrative and Database support for the Serco IMCOMs program platform. The ServiceNow system is cloud hosted and will be accessed by customers and internal support organizations with over 5000 possible users. The system will be accessible via mobile, tablet and computers. Therefore, the Administrator should be experienced in supporting ServiceNow in a SaaS environment with experience in requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, development task management, quality assurance and release methodologies.

The job responsibilities for this position include:
1) Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems and integration with ServiceNow
2) Trouble shooting and problem resolution
3) Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture and modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Configuration Management (CMDB), Knowledge Management.
4) Prior Mobile support a plus
5) Experienced in supporting integration with third part products
6) Reporting
7) Maintenance and continuous improvements of processes, standards, policies and working methods
8) Coordination with Cloud provider on change and problem management
9) Support the implementation of the platform with peer Subject Matter Experts
10) General support, daily administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform
11) Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow.
12) Develop systems integrations and process automation within ServiceNow.
13) Creation of ServiceNow forms, reports, testing and dashboards
14) Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
15) Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases.
16) Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Required Skills 3 to 5 years working with the ServiceNow in a SaaS architecture Prior experience in developing training would be beneficial. Experience in HTML, java script, ITIL V3, foundations minimum, ServiceNow Administration Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, development task management, quality assurance and release methodologies Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture and especially modules such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools Understanding of Web technologies like HTML, XML, JavaScript Skill to effectively analyze and solve problems Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent (Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or MIS).
