Job Description:
Act as the technical subject matter expert, addressing issues of operations and maintenance for classified and unclassified systems. Duties include but not limited to:

• Project support to USCG Program Manager
• Status and update briefs to the Project manager
• Management of IT Service Catalog
• Problem resolution
• Process development and documentation
• Maintaining proficiency and current knowledge of assigned systems
• Assists in developing support, training, testing, and documentation for systems in the USCG TISCOM Service Catalog

Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Knowledge of:
o COOP and DR
 Incident Management
 Request management
 Change Management
 Problem Management
 Configuration Management
 Asset Management
o Test and Release
o Active Directory
o Exchange
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and in team settings to include close collaboration with customers
• Proven ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast pace environment
• ITIL Foundations certification
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Visio
• Proficiency in BMC Suite of Tools; such as Remedy


• 8+ years of IT consulting experience
• 4+ years of Microsoft experience
• Experience with Coast Guard, DHS and DoD IT Systems and Infrastructure (Classified and Unclassified)
• Experience with mobile assets such as aircraft, PDAs, or handhelds.
• Experience with JIE
• MCSD preferred
• Exposure to SEI CMM principles preferred
• PMP certification desired
